What is Lounge.Finance
Lounge.Finance is a DeFi project built on Ethereum. There is no pre-mine, no ICO, no Dev Fund— We are simply an equal-opportunity staking distribution to attract a broad and vision-aligned community to steward the future of the protocol and token.
Why Lounge.Finance?
Some communities have come to us with feedback and their issues with Defi. A lot of them are small players, and some only know a few about Defi; it’s nearly impossible for them to join in the fun of Defi. Now, we create this project to help them get the access to DeFi world. Small player just needs to be be a VIP Lounge Pass hodler and can travel DeFi world without any prior knowledge. The membership token $PASS has no premined dev fund, so a Chef Nomi type rug pull is not possible.
What is $PASS?
Our membership token $PASS is a ERC-20 based crypto asset with a maximum total supply of 120,000. HODLers of $PASS can decide the parameters of Lounge eco-system.
How can I get $PASS?
You will need Metamask to farm $PASS. Choose your favorite farm and click on “Stake”. Wait for a few seconds and you will see the “Success” notice.
When did the pool begin?
For the first epoch, 9 seed pools begins on 17th Oct 2020 14:00 UTC time. 90,000 $PASS will be released equally in nine pools including $WETH $USDC $USDT $DAI $YFI $YFII $SNX $BNB $WBTC, and the distribution will last for one week. For the second epoch, 30,000 $PASS will be released equally in three LP pools one week later.
How long will the distribution last?
Each epoch lasts for 7 days since it starts. There are two epochs in total.
Will $PASS be listed on Uniswap?
Of course. We will set up three liquidity pools for LP farming (PASS-ETH, PASS-USDC, PASS-WBTC) on Uniswap before the second epoch. It must be noted that when the Lounge Liquid comes, these liquidity will be migrated.
